Your orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of payment (usually the next working day), from Grenoble, France, by Colissimo (La Poste) with a tracking number.
Delivery rates and times
Shipping costs are a flat rate per order, whatever the number of jars, depending on the delivery country. They are calculated automatically and shown before payment.

Packaging suited to aerogel
Aerogel is light but fragile: each jar is wedged and protected to travel safely. A few fragments may break off during transport; this is part of the nature of the material and does not change the volume delivered.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive your parcel’s tracking number by e-mail.
Customs (outside the European Union)
For deliveries outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada…), products are invoiced excluding VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient. Customs formalities may extend delivery times.
Receipt
If the parcel is damaged, opened or incomplete, note your reservations with the delivery person if possible, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at contact@virtuavia.com with photos: we will find a solution quickly. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in reshipping costs.
